Teaching College Studentsabout Professional Branding
This monthly, three day evening program helps shape future leaders by teaching human centered marketing and practical strategies for engaging professionals and executives early in their careers. It creates meaningful visibility for the nVent name and its executive team among young adults who may become future employees, as well as educators who open doors to broader academic partnerships.
Empowering Youth VoiceOne Child at a Time
At Hopkins School District, I teach a free weekend class for students and parents that helps students build confidence through their name and identity, while guiding parents to create a storytelling piece that reflects their child’s voice. I also work with classrooms and train teachers in this approach. This initiative places nVent in front of young minds, showing that today’s heroes include both executives and electricians, and inspiring early confidence, leadership, and aspiration.
