Hover over each state to explore its reach and potential for impact. To date, we have communicated with over 10,000 leaders and decision-makers across education, business, and government. As we continue our nationwide engagement—connecting with visionary leaders one organization, one state at a time—this map will update throughout the year. Check back regularly to see new states illuminate in green as school superintendents, college presidents, CEOs, and mayors pledge their support.

TAKE THE PLEDGE

Mental Health Across School, Work, and Life

Meaningful influence on mental health starts at the top and it grows through authentic communication, genuine connection, and intentional collaboration. When leaders act together with depth and purpose, they create the conditions for schools, workplaces, and communities to truly thrive.

How can one simple action ensure everyone to be seen, heard, valued, and remembered? By reimagining how influence is exercised on behalf of both children and adults. With the evidence in place, the formula is now ready to scale.

Building a Mental Health Leadership Community

ENGAGING TOP VOICES

Connections from our founder’s LinkedIn network are invited to join the 2026 mission. By signing on, pledgers commit to advancing mental health for at least 100 students, employees, and leaders within their own networks.

Starting 12/30/25, we will launch a 30-day Jeopardy campaign, releasing a new round each day. During the campaign, we will spotlight and publicly invite 900 leaders across sectors to join and help drive this mission forward.

Who will be the first 10, 100, and 1,000 pledgers? Follow our daily LinkedIn posts to learn about influential leaders and see who is stepping up, taking the pledge, and driving collective action to create stronger, healthier schools, workplaces, and communities.

With a clear vision from the start, DEEP Coalition Founder Katiya Xiong began with the end in mind.

The Mental Health Conversation

DEEP Coalition has made its mark by hosting some of the largest LinkedIn Events in the world. Our vision is to normalize the mental health conversation through leading voices in education, business, and government. Our panelist speakers show up as their authentic selves and invite people from their own communities to join the livestreamed conversation, ensuring everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.

When it comes to impact, we value people over numbers—focusing on the names, voices, and roles of those who join us. Through thoughtful engagement before, during, and after each event, we demonstrate our commitment to going deeper: raising awareness, cultivating meaningful relationships, and inspiring lasting, community-led change. With every gathering, we grow with intention, strengthening connections with decision-makers, employees, students, and others who genuinely care about how mental health shapes the future.

The most meaningful outcomes of these events reach far beyond the conversations on stage. By bringing people together around a shared experience of everyday well-being, we create space for honest dialogue and genuine connection. The webinars featured below reflect a growing community of influential leaders who recognize and support our work. Rather than relying on traditional marketing tactics, we center trust, relationships, and community to bring the right people into the room. Those who choose to speak or attend are deeply invested in the mission and committed to advancing mental health across America.

2023  ➡  2024  ➡  2025

In just three years, our LinkedIn Events have become a leading forum where education, business, and civic leaders come together to champion the importance of everyday mental health.
