My name is Katiya Xiong and beyond the impact that I do at DEEP Coalition, I am a proud mother of two growing boys. Doing digital headshot artwork was born out of the desire for my oldest son to experience a more colorful connection with his cherished friends in a colorless, virtual Covid-19 environment. In 2021, I spent 300+ hours to draw and giveaway 300+ avatars. Why? Simply to make the holiday season a little bit more merrier for some of the 1st connections in my LinkedIn community. Working profesionals everywhere are now using these WSJ-looking avatars on their profiles, social media posts, emails and signatures, brochures, mailers, business cards, t-shirts, websites, etc. On average, it takes 45 – 60 min. to makeover a corporate headshot into an avatar with careful attention to facial details. The best part about this job is when people tell me that it is one of the most thoughtful things that they have ever received. Knowing that avatars can be used for both work and life purposes brings me immense joy. And this is the reason why I continue to dabble in creative expression! It helps all of us to grow together in a meaningful way.

We believe that art is a universal language everyone appreciates. Utilizing digital art is a form of expression to replace words that we cannot convey through text or speech. At the end of the day, we see art as a tool to improve the work and life situations of people.

Great question! If you are ordering for multiple people such as avatars for your entire department of 10 or company of 100 employees, we can provide voucher codes for you to distribute. This way, each individual can place an order at their convenience. We are also happy to reach out to each person to save you time if names and email addresses are provided in a CSV or Excel list.

Yes! You can request a virtual workshop when placing an order for any of our products or use the contact form to send us your questions. Typically, our workshops are 3 hours long using a 3-prong interactive approach: education, experimentation, and experience. Our fees are simple. We charge $125 per  hour for each person and require at least 3 attendees.
